Terry began on the practical side of circuit life, maintaining the spaces teams rely on and learning how much of a race weekend happens away from the cars. An early motorhome rental for a junior racing team showed him where the real need was: a driver could arrive to a ready, private base without carrying its logistics.
That first arrangement grew through referrals and long relationships. Today, Terry follows the European season from preparation to handover, working directly with drivers, families and their wider teams.
The work is personal by design. Terry listens first, prepares early and stays close enough to solve practical problems before they reach the people who should be focused elsewhere.
